Mr. Deepak Nemlekar

Mechanical Engineer by profession and a successful Businessman after developing own Business. Passionate to guide the young minds towards self development. Valuable contribution towards making Baal Prabodhini courses and activities available to the students in Konkan and Goa. Mentor during the Teacher’s Training Program. Smt. Shubhangi Potphode

Working in the Education field since 1987. Teaching experience of 25 years in VPMs B R Tol High School of CBSE Board and retired as Principal in 2023. Feels blessed to be with Baal Prabodhini since 2009 and to be able to get a beautiful perception towards the profession of a ‘Teacher’, which she feels was beneficial for the students of her school. Taking Baal Prabodhini course in various schools at Mulund since 2009. Holding the responsibility as the Head of the Upkendras in the Central Region of Mumbai. Mentor during the Teacher’s Training Program.

Mrs. Smita Gadgil

Diploma in Medical Lab Technology. Holding the highest post and most important responsibility as a Co-ordinator in the Core committee since the beginning of the orgnisation. Her efforts are responsible to maintain harmony between the honorary teachers and the core committee members. Teacher’s training, other paperwork, smooth running of our courses in schools, Educational material and many other activities are taken care of in a balanced and planned manner by her.

Smt. Mangala Kaisare

Teaching experience of 25 years in ‘Ratan Walawalkar Technical High School’, Khar. Retired as Deputy Educational Inspector. Post retirement, since 2009 holding the responsibility of Baal Prabodhini Teacher’s Training Program. The values learnt during Teacher’s training in Baal Prabodhini has helped to change the mindset of looking at the ‘Teaching’ Profession is her strong viewpoint.

Mr. Girish Shenoy

Electronic Engineer and owned a business in Computers and Medical Elecronic Equipments. Retired from the business and is a member of the Core committee of the organisation. Valuable contribution in organising shibirs for the 10th standard students. He strongly believes that, students can achieve progress and move ahead in the right direction if they imbibe the values provided by Baal Prabodhini.

Mrs. Smita Balvally

Postgraduate degree in Statistics and in Counseling. Came across Baal Prabodhini while working in Counseling field. Realised that students may not need Counseling, if they are provided with Educational values through Baal Prabodhini course at the right age. Holding the responsibility as the Head of the Upkendras in the Western Region of Mumbai. Mentor during the Teacher’s Training Program.

Mrs. Amrapali Naik

Commerce Graduate from the Mumbai University and holds a degree of a Chartered Accountant. (C.A.) Practices independently as C.A. from her own business firm. Member of the organisation ‘Chartered Accountant of India’ for more than 25 years. Valuable contribution during the Teacher’s training program. Also holds the responsibility as the Accountant of our organisation.

Smt. Anjali Luktuke

B.Sc and Diploma in Counseling. Worked with school for visually challenged for some years. Worked as a volunteer for various NGOs for 12 to 13 years. Holds the responsibility as the Head of Pune branch of Baal Prabodhini. Mentor during the Teacher’s Training Program.

Mrs. Sucheta Marathe

M.Sc (Electronics), Mumbai University 1987. Worked as a faculty in the department of Computer Science in S.P. College Pune, from 1987-1997. Moved to Information technology in 1997 and worked with multinationals across the globe for the next 20+ years. Left working with active IT in 2017 and decided to work with NGOs as a volunteer. Got associated with Baal Prabodhini in 2015 after undergoing teachers training in Pune. Have been teaching in schools & conducting workshops for Baal Prabodhini. Also actively participated in teachers training programs of Baal Prabodhini. Also associated with Vanavasi Kalyan Ashram, Pune as a karyakarta since 2020. She has been working as a volunteer teacher with 'Vidnyanvahini', NGO teaching Mathematics & Science in rural areas to 8th, 9th and 10th std student through experiments.
