Annual Meet

Our organisation commenced its noble work since 2009. Persons from diverse fields of the Society connected with us. Bank Managers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, Engineers, Education Officers, Principals, Teachers, IT professionals, Sports persons and also homemakers and many more, were trained by ‘Baal Prabodhini’. They were certified to work as honorary teachers of our organisation.

The satisfaction of working with innocent children was so immense that soon many others joined the organisation by word of mouth. The organisation expanded at a fast pace and is still spreading its wings wide. Schools from the regions Bombay central to Dahisar, Parel to Kalyan, Pune and Konkan started ‘Baal Prabodhini’ program. Each trained honorary teacher, is ready to work selflessly for the betterment of school children, balancing their own routine. While carrying out this work, it is necessary for all these teachers to come under one roof. So that they will be introduced to the Founder, Trustees, Co-ordinator, Regional heads, Centre heads and other teachers of ‘Baal Prabodhini’ family. Teachers get energy looking at the growth of the organisation and get to learn a lot during interaction with each other. They get an opportunity to participate in future activities. This was made possible by arranging an Annual Meet of all the teachers since 2013-14 by our Pioneer and Founder Shri. Chandrakant Thakurdas. This tradition has been followed enthusiastically till today except for the corona period 2019-2021.

The trustees, co-ordinator and teachers come together for this event. Teachers are honoured by presenting them with certificates. The teachers who carry out exceptional work for the organisation are also honoured. Teachers present a cultural event at this occasion and exhibit their hidden talent. The event concludes with a special lunch arranged by the organisation. Teachers say good bye to each other with contentment and sharing ideas for the next event.
